Beginning as an engineer, Rik progressed into senior project and transformation roles, contributing to large-scale engineering and construction projects exceeding $500 million in value. Over the years, Rik has specialised in helping industrial organisations improve how information, systems, and digital initiatives support engineering, projects, operations, and asset management.
